Terms & Privacy
These terms explain how Fintori works, what you can expect from the service, and how account, payment, and business information is handled.
Overview
Last updated: May 20, 2026
Fintori is a business analysis tool that helps users estimate margins, review operating numbers, generate AI-assisted reports, export summaries, and explore business scenarios.
By using Fintori, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Fintori provides informational business analysis only. It is not financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or professional advice. You remain responsible for checking outputs before making business decisions.
Terms of Service
1. Using Fintori
You may use Fintori for lawful business planning, internal analysis, and educational purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another user's account, or use automated tools in a way that harms availability for others.
2. Your business data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the numbers, assumptions, and business details you enter. Fintori calculates outputs based on those inputs, so incorrect or incomplete data may produce incorrect or incomplete results.
3. Reports and outputs
AI reports, health scores, projections, benchmarks, PDF exports, dashboards, and what-if scenarios are generated for informational use. They should be treated as a starting point for review, not a final decision or guarantee of business performance.
4. Availability
We aim to keep Fintori available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be updated, improved, limited, or removed as the product develops.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not submit illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attack the service.
- Do not use Fintori to make decisions that require regulated professional advice without consulting a qualified professional.
- Do not share login details or use another person's account without permission.
Accounts
To use account features, you may need to register with your name, second name, email address, and password. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
You can update certain account details in Settings. If you request account deletion, we may need to keep limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or subscription administration.
We may suspend or restrict accounts that appear to violate these terms, create security risk, abuse limits, or attempt to bypass payment or usage controls.
Subscriptions, Limits, and Billing
Fintori may offer a Free plan and paid Pro features. The Free plan can include limited AI reports, limited PDF exports, and restricted access to advanced tools. Pro can include higher report limits, unlimited PDF exports, business health score features, full calculation history, and what-if tools.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment details, billing address information, tax information, card data, and transaction metadata needed to process and manage payments. Fintori does not store full card numbers.
Subscription prices, limits, and included features may change. If pricing changes for an active paid subscription, we will handle that through the billing flow or reasonable notice where required.
You can manage billing through the Stripe Billing Portal where available. Cancellation normally prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments unless required by law or clearly stated during checkout.
AI Reports and Business Health Score
AI-generated content can be useful, but it can also be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You should verify calculations, assumptions, and written recommendations before relying on them.
The Business Health Score is an interpretive indicator based on the values available to Fintori, such as revenue, costs, margins, cash movement, risk signals, and operating structure. It is not a credit score, audit, valuation, or guarantee of future business performance.
The What-If tool is designed for scenario exploration. It helps you understand how changing key inputs might affect results, but it does not predict the future or replace professional planning.
